TransBit was formed based on its founders several years of experience  with building trading systems, mathematical finance, blockchain, and distributed systems/software development. The first version of the trading platform was developed and launched in 2013 and since then it’s been operating and processing millions of trades. 

TransBit Inc. was established in 2018 and is located in San Rafael, CA. 

Our mission is to provide fast, robust, scalable, highly available, and secure trading and investment technologies that empower companies and individuals to take control of their trading and future investments.  Our trading and investment platform is used by a leading digital asset exchange in Australia to deliver superior trading and asset management experience to hundreds of thousands of customers.
